The Life of Matthew

I know I don’t write as often as I should and I am sorry

But I am so busy singing and dancing all day that I just don’t have time for much else (except hugs, story time, food, play, sleep and … oh, I suppose I do have time).

Thanks to the miracle of You Tube I have discovered the wonderful world of Mary Poppins. Now, every morning, I listen to Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious while I have my breakfast. Then I want “Chim Chim Me Nee” and “Step in Time.” But Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is my favourite. I can even say it! Mummy and Daddy are so proud of me. I use my big wooden spoon as a walking stick/parasol like they do in the song and at the beginning of the song I put my bucket on my head like a hat and then hang it over my chair as though I’m hanging it on a merry-go-round horse. (Mummy says that will only make sense to people who really know the film, so this is a link to my favourite video.) I love trying to sing and dance. I want to listen to it again right now!
