The Life of Matthew

Mummy had a great e-mail this morning from her supervisor telling her that she is going to be awarded her doctorate soon! There are a few admin details to be sorted out but very shortly Mummy’s going to be Dr. Mummy.

I’m so proud of her. Even while she was suffering from morning sickness and then looking after me she was able to get her thesis finished. Well done Mummy.

When the e-mail came through there was much shouting and dancing around in our house as Mummy and Daddy celebrated the good news. I soon brought them back to earth. Poo can be a great leveller!
