Today was the day of my four month check up and once again I had two vaccinations so I’m not feeling at my best this evening. Vaccinations always make me drowsy but at least I’ll be my usual self (über cute!) for Christmas.
All of my tests came out fine. I’ve lost my Moro reflex which is good and everything else is fine. My weight is 8.80kg and height is 67.5cm.
There is one problem which I don’t want anyone to panic about. My doctor isn’t worried so Mummy and Daddy are trying not to worry so I don’t want you to worry: Over the past month, on four occasions, Mummy and Daddy have noticed a really tiny amount of blood in my nappy. The doctor said that it wasn’t normal and so she wants me checked out by a specialist sometime in the new year. She said that there may be a problem at my bottom end or in my tummy. It could also be that I’m reacting to any cow’s milk that Mummy passes on to me so Mummy has got to stop drinking milk.
The doctor said that there is no panic otherwise she would be sending me to hospital. As I’m not in hospital the problem is not a big one. I’m developing normally so there is no problem there and I can look forward to Christmas.
Until next time, bye bye.
